BIG BOARD
BEERS
The beers on the BIG BOARD change on the regular. This is what's on for the weekend of June 4, 2026...
BLONDE ALE
She might be o the "lighter" side of things...but she's not some basic bit@#. We built this beer to pair with just about anything. Yard work, pool time, softball...she's pretty universal. The grain bill is straight forward - and the Loral (along with an Idaho 7 chaser) give just enough of a pop to make it anything but boring. The summer you needs this in your life. ABV 4.8% IBUs 23.8
$6

KÖLSCH-STYLE ALE
This is one of the most misunderstood beer styles out there. It tends to get dismissed - by both brewers and drinkers. If you do find one domestically...it's probably a far cry from what any self respecting German would recognize. Ours is as true as we can be. Admiral Pils for a solid foundation and just enough Lórien (a kick-ass hop with Noble roots) to give a little zip. Light. Crisp. Refreshing. As it should be. ABV 4.7% IBUs 23.9
$7

MEXICAN LAGER w/ SEA SALT
This is what happens when one of your really good friends asks you to make a light, crushable Mexican Lager with lime and sea salt. We packed in as much Motueka (a New Zealand hop that screams fresh lime) as we could. Then came the sea salt. It's subtle...but lets you know it's there on the finish. The grain bill is simple - Admiral Pils...and some flaked corn do the trick. Refreshing AF. ABV 4.7% IBUs 25.0
$6

GOLDEN MEXICAN LAGER
Fruit doesn't belong in beer. There...I said it. The next best thing tho...a hop from the Southern Hemisphere (Motueka) that hits like a fresh lime to the face. The color comes from a healthy dose of Pacific Victor (a Vienna-style malt from our good friends at Admiral Maltings)...and some flaked corn helps to round out the Pilsner malt. Eminently drinkable...and refreshing AF. ABV 5.1% IBUs 27.6
$6

JUICY SESSION
Now before you roll your eyes...or make some snarky comment about "Session" beers not being "real" beers...take a damn sip. Yeah...that's what we thought. Admiral Pils is the main character on the malt front - while Mosaic and Cashmere (from our friends at Thomsen Hops) steal the show. Tropical, citrusy...and super soft on the palate. Sessions are made for drinkin' baby... ABV 3.8% IBUs 21.6
$6

JUICY PALE
'Cause who doesn't need a lil' extra hustle in their life? This East Coast Juicy Pale drips with citrus and tropical fruit (thanks mostly to the double dry-hop of both Citra and Mosaic). It hits the palate like a velour jumpsuit (thanks to a healthy dose of white wheat and flaked oats) - while the Pilsner malt provides the necessary backbone. There's a reason this beer is hands-down our most popular. ABV 5.6% IBUs 20.6
$8

BLACK LAGER
We try not to take ourselves (or our beer names) too seriously. The original name for this one was Jesus' Astrovan (ask about the inspo the next time you're in). Black Jesus just became shorthand...and it stuck. The Black Malt is the star of the show - while the Loral gives just enough of a bite. Dark as the night...but unsuspectingly light too. ABV 6.3% IBUs 56.3
$7

AMERICAN PALE ALE
This is our take on a traditional(ish) American Pale Ale. Two-Row makes up the bulk of the malt...but we did throw in some Admiral Pils from our good friends over at Admiral Maltings...along with some Crystal 120 for color. We used Cascade for bittering - and a combination of Simcoe and Mosaic for all the aromatics. It's a little dank, a little resinous with a tropical fruit kicker. ABV 6.3% IBUs 56.3
$7

COLD IPA
What the hell is a Cold IPA anyway? Great question. Honestly...it's kind of a made up style. It kicked off in Portland a few years back...and is basically a West Coast IPA - made with Lager yeast. And since lagers ferment colder...we ended up with a Cold IPA. This one hits like a Westie (thanks to the Chinook, Columbus and El Dorado) but just a bit lighter on the palate (thanks to the rice). ABV 6.8% IBUs 69.4
$7

WEST COAST IPA
The O.G. of West Coast IPAs (at least as far as we're concerned). And before you ask...no...there is no pineapple in this beer. We start some standard Two-Row malt then throw as much Idaho 7 and Mosaic at the thing as humanly possible. The end result is a beer that smells like you just cut into a fresh AF pineapple on the Big Island. Can't explain the science...but damn it tastes good. ABV 6.5% IBUs 61.0
$7

WHITE STOUT
Yeah...White Stout is an actual beer style. It's just not one that you see all that often. We took our go-to Stout recipe and stripped out all the things that bring color (as well as the roasty, toasty notes). In its place...we used fresh-roasted coffee beans from our good friends at Odyssey Coffee Company. It's kinda like your favorite latte hooked up with a Milk Stout and had a love child. ABV 5.6% IBUs 25.3
$8
