BIG BOARD
BEERS
The beers on the BIG BOARD change on the regular. This is what's on for the weekend of March 12, 2026...
GOLDEN MEXICAN LAGER
Fruit doesn't belong in beer. There...I said it. The next best thing tho...a hop from the Southern Hemisphere (Motueka) that hits like a fresh lime to the face. The color comes from a healthy dose of Pacific Victor (a Vienna-style malt from our good friends at Admiral Maltings)...and some flaked corn helps to round out the Pilsner malt. Eminently drinkable...and refreshing AF. ABV 5.1% IBUs 27.6
$6

FRESH HOP PALE ALE
Our third fresh hop beer from '25. Our good friends from Thomsen Hops (down in Tracy) grow some kick-ass Cashmere...and it delivers this amazing tangerine/clementine pop. The color is courtesy of Pacific Victor (a Vienna-style malt from our good friends at Admiral Maltings). This beer is about as "local" as you can get. Don't sleep on Cashmere (or fresh hop beers period). ABV 5.7% IBUs 36.8
$7

JUICY PALE
'Cause who doesn't need a lil' extra hustle in their life? This East Coast Juicy Pale drips with citrus and tropical fruit (thanks mostly to the double dry-hop of both Citra and Mosaic). It hits the palate like a velour jumpsuit (thanks to a healthy dose of white wheat and flaked oats) - while the Pilsner malt provides the necessary backbone. There's a reason this beer is hands-down our most popular. ABV 5.6% IBUs 20.6
$8

EXTRA JUICY PALE
This is what happens when you take your most popular East Coast Juicy Pale...and crank it to 17! The same citrus and tropical fruit (thanks to Citra and Mosaic)...but the Topics from Berkeley Yeast takes it to another level. Still 10-ply on the palate (courtesy of the white wheat and flaked oats) - with the Pilsner malt adding some texture. What a difference a yeast makes. ABV 5.6% IBUs 20.6
$9

AMERICAN PALE ALE
This is our take on a traditional(ish) American Pale Ale. Two-Row makes up the bulk of the malt...but we did throw in some Admiral Pils from our good friends over at Admiral Maltings...along with some Crystal 120 for color. We used Cascade for bittering - and a combination of Simcoe and Mosaic for all the aromatics. It's a little dank, a little resinous with a tropical fruit kicker. ABV 6.3% IBUs 56.3
$7

SMASH IPA
SMASH (as in Single Malt and Single Hop) IPAs are some of our favorite beers to brew. We started with Admiral Pils from our good friends over at Admiral Maltings...to provide a solid foundation. Then we threw in a s#!+ ton of Simcoe at it. We used it for bittering - as well as aromatics. This dual purpose hop brings a healthy hit of pine, grapefruit and a lil' dank to the party. ABV 6.3% IBUs 56.3
$7

FRESH HOP IPA
Our second fresh hop beer from '25. The kick-ass crew from Atomic Hops (right here in Lodi) delivered some of the best Chinook we've ever seen. Picked at 4a...and on their way to beer by 8a...this is about as local as it gets. The end result? Dank, fresh pine and grapefruit for days. And because anything worth doing is worth overdoing...we triple dry hopped with even more Chinook. ABV 6.1% IBUs 65.4
$8

WHEAT IPA
We're big fans of doing good when we can. This beer scratches that itch. Every year, one of our hop "dealers" releases a blend that raises funds to support U.S. military Veterans. For every pound we buy - they donate to the cause. The blend for '25 included Krush, Idaho 7, Citra and HBC 1134. Think stone fruit, citrus and some woodsiness - to compliment the soft texture (thanks to the wheat). ABV 6.2% IBUs 49.9
$7

WEST COAST IPA
The O.G. of West Coast IPAs (at least as far as we're concerned). And before you ask...no...there is no pineapple in this beer. We start some standard Two-Row malt then throw as much Idaho 7 and Mosaic at the thing as humanly possible. The end result is a beer that smells like you just cut into a fresh AF pineapple on the Big Island. Can't explain the science...but damn it tastes good. ABV 6.5% IBUs 61.0
$7

COLD IPA
What the hell is a Cold IPA anyway? Great question. Honestly...it's kind of a made up style. It kicked off in Portland a few years back...and is basically a West Coast IPA - made with Lager yeast. And since lagers ferment colder...we ended up with a Cold IPA. This one hits like a Westie (thanks to the Chinook, Columbus and El Dorado) but just a bit lighter on the palate (thanks to the rice). ABV 6.8% IBUs 69.4
$7

EAST COAST DIPA
We built this beer to highlight just how awesome Topics from Berkeley Yeast really is (and ended up with a tasty AF double in the process). This thiol promoting yeast (look it up) - together with the Citra and Galaxy - punches you right in the face with more tropical fruit than the glass can handle. Super soft on the palate (thanks to some white wheat and flaked oats), this one's sneaky. ABV 7.9% IBUs 35.4
$9
