Kölsch is (hands-down) one of our favorite beers to drink! It's easy. It's super approachable. It's refreshing AF. And it's a little misunderstood. For starters, it's just not a style that you tend to see much of here in the states. Now don't get me wrong...you can find some bastardized versions out there where they throw cucumbers or some other shit in the beer - but those are a far cry from what a Kölsch is supposed to be.

So...we're gonna take a couple of hours on a Wednesday night (April 29) and go all in on Kölsch. And unless you've spent some time in Cologne, Germany...this night will be something completely new. Here's the gist. We'll spend a few minutes talkin' about the history of Kölsch and the "rules" for the night. We'll pour one beer...and one beer only (spoiler alert...it's our Kölsch).
