The Chef Series - August '25

How cool would it be to have a super casual dinner gig where a small group of people get to experience a three- or four-course tasting menu...where each course is paired with some of your favorite SHBC beer? We thought so too! That's why we started “the chef series." We'll do these every so often...and they‘ll focus on three key ingredients: kick-ass local chefs, small plates and really good beer.

The idea behind the series was pretty straight forward. We wanted to create a “space” where folks could enjoy an interactive food experience in a fun and laid-back environment. Here’s the deal...if it doesn’t make the food taste any better...then it’s not worth doing. So we ditched the white tablecloths, the fancy plates, the linen napkins...hell, we even got rid of the servers. What we’re left with is what really matters - great food, great beer and an incredible experience.
